A backpack that feels more like it's carrying you – rather than you carrying it. Osprey's Anti-Gravity (AG) suspension system is unlike anything you've ever experienced. The unique, ventilated design integrates the backpanel with the hip-belt to distributes the weight of the pack much more evenly and effectively. Also, the backpanel and hip-belt are fully-adjustable so you can dial-in the perfect fit.
The Atmos AG is incredibly well-organized, with a host of pockets, lash points, and gear loops. The main draw-string compartment is complemented by an internal hydration sleeve and a removable divider for the bottom sleeping bag compartment. The brain (top-lid) of the pack features 2 zippered pockets and can be removed for shorter adventures. There are 2 mesh water bottle holders, and a very large mesh stuff-it pocket along the front of the pack.
This pack excels in warmer weather with the Anti-Gravity system's unprecedented ventilation. The only warning I have is to limit your load to under 40 lbs. for the best comfort. If you need to carry more weight, Osprey also makes a 65L version.
